100TH ANNIVERSARY
Pormotional materials for the "Portugal Futurista 100th anniversary” exhibition, celebrating the work of renowned Portuguese artist Almada Negreiros. The goal was to create visuals that not only represented the essence of Negreiros’ work but also drew visitors in, inviting them to experience the fusion of tradition and forward-thinking that defines his legacy.

Almada Negreiros
José Sobral de Almada Negreiros (7 April 1893 – 15 June 1970) was a Portuguese artist. Almada developed ballet choreographies and worked on tapestry, engraving, murals, caricature, mosaic, azulejo and stained glass. His distinctive designs encompassed book covers, posters and even stamps.
He embraced Futurism in Portugal and famously appeared in a flight suit (see the image above) at the Portugal Futurista conference in Lisbon in 1917.
